摘要
清水混凝土以其节约工程成本、提高工程质量、改善企业管理水平等优点,自从20世纪90年代后期以来在技术研究及工程应用方面得到了长足发展。但在清水混凝土表观质量评价方法的研究方面还存在着不足,即未建立起清水混凝土表观质量事前评价手段,仍以事后评价为主。这极大的制约了清水混凝土工程应用的发展。为此,以轨道交通清水混凝土工程为依托,开展了清水混凝土表观质量评价方法的研究。通过对清水混凝土的概念、特征及现有研究成果的分析,提出了清水混凝土表观质量评价方法——气泡法。工程实践表明:气泡法可对清水混凝土的表观质量进行有效预判及评价。
With its saving project cost,improve the quality of engineering,improve enterprise management level,etc,fair-faced concrete gotrapid development in the technology research and engineering application since the late 1990sJ-Iowever,there are still shortcomings in theresearch on the apparent quality evaluation method of fair-faced concrete,the pre-evaluation method of the apparent quality of the fair-facedconcrete is not established, and the evaluation is mainly based on the post-evaluation.This has greatly restricted the development of fair-facedconcrete in engineering applicatio^To this end,with the rail transport fair-faced concrete project as the backing,carded out the research on theevaluation method of the apparent quality of fair-faced concrete.Through the analysis of the concept,characteristics and the existing researchresults of fair-faced concrete,the evaluating method of the apparent quality of fair-faced concrete the air bubble method is put forward.Theengineering practice shows that the air bubble method can effectivelypredict and evaluate the apparent quality of the fair-faced concrete.
