摘要
变角螺旋线型线因包角可控被广泛应用于低比转速离心泵圆柱形叶片的绘型中。变角螺旋线型线在选用过程中,因包角取值不同,叶片安放角沿叶片半径会呈现出不同的变化规律。以某一叶轮叶片参数为例,通过分析叶片安放角和曲率半径随叶片半径的变化趋势,发现在包角选取不当的情况下,采用传统变角螺旋线型线绘制的叶片型线,其叶片安放角在进口处会发生突变。为解决此问题,通过改变叶片安放角函数提出一种与传统变角螺旋线方程互补的新型变角螺旋线方程,丰富了离心泵圆柱形叶片的绘型方法。
Variable angle spiral is widely used in the plotting cylindrical blade profile because of the available selection of the blade wrapping angle. The blade angle changing with the blade radius shows different variation rules due to the di- verse blade wrapping angles. The blade parameters of an impeller were taken as the research object in this paper. Through analyzing the blade angle and the curvature radius changing with the blade radius, a deficiency that the blade an- gle in the inlet region of the Made profile drawn by the traditional variable angle spiral equation dropped dramatically when selecting the unreasonable blade wrapping angle was found. To solve this problem, a new variable angle spiral equation obtained by choosing another blade angle function was put forward, which can conquer the deficiency brought by using the traditional variable angle spiral equation. The method to draw the blade profile is expanded.
