喷雾通风降温系统对牛舍温湿环境及肉牛血清无机离子的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Spraying Ventilation Cooling System on the Temperature and Humidity of Cow House and on Serum Inorganic Ions of Beef Cattle

摘要 试验选用16头锦江黄牛,并随机分为2组,其中一组安装喷雾通风降温系统,一组仅安装风机通风降温。通过测定试验前后温湿度及肉牛血清中各无机离子浓度,以研究喷雾通风降温系统对舍内温湿环境及肉牛血清无机离子的影响。结果表明:试验组喷雾期间平均温度比对照组低2.70℃(P<0.01),平均相对湿度比对照组高13.73%(P<0.01);每个喷雾周期(15min)内,相比对照组,试验组温度减缓上升0.12℃,相对湿度减缓下降0.21%。试验结束时,试验组牛血清中K+及Na+含量分别比对照组显著高19.13%及13.59%(P<0.05);且两组中Cl-及P2-含量差异不显著,而试验组牛血清中Ca2+含量比对照组显著减少7.96%(P<0.05)。以上结果可知,喷雾通风降温系统可以改善肉牛舍温湿环境,并减少血液中无机离子的流失,有利于保持机体电解质平衡,缓解肉牛夏季热应激。 In order to study the effects of spraying ventilation cooling system on temperature and hu-midity of cow house and on serum inorganic ions of beef cattle and to reduce the heat stress, 16 Jinjiang yellow cattle were divided into 2 groups. Group I was installed spraying ventilation cooling system, and Group II ceiling fans. Temperature and humidity as well as the serum inorganic ion concentration before and after the experiment wene measured to study the effect of spraying ventilation cooling system on them. The results showed,compared with the control, the temperature of the experimental group decreased 2. 70 ℃ during spraying (P 〈0. 01) ,and the relative humidity (RH) increased 13. 73% (P 〈0. 01). Within each spray cycle (15 min),the temperature of experimental group slowly increased by 0. 12 ℃ and relative hu-midity (RH) decreased by 0. 2 1 % slowly compared with the control group. At the end of the experiment,serum K^+ and Na^+ content of experimental group significantly increased by 19. 13% and 3. 33% (P 〈0. 05) respectively, the Cl^- and P^2- content didn't have significant difference, while serum Ca^2+ content of experi-mental group decreased by 7. 96% (P 〈0. 05) than that of the control. In conclusion, spraying ventilation system can improve the temperature and humidity of beef cattle shed, reduce the loss of inorganic ions, and help to maintain the acid-base balance and electrolyte balance of the body and reduce cattle's heat stress in summer.
