摘要
采用随机前沿分析(SFA)对山东省2010-2014年17地市的物流效率进行了测算。结果显示:考察期间山东省物流效率均值为0.68,存在较大的无效率现象;地区间物流效率的差异明显,物流发展不均衡,呈现"东高西低"的格局。在对影响因素的分析中发现,经济发展水平、对外开放度和政府支持对物流效率产生有利影响,而信息基础设施和科技投入未能产生积极影响。
The artical calculates the logistics efficiency of 17 cities in shandong province from 2010 to 2014 using stochastic frontier analysis（ SFA）. The result displays： the logistics efficiencyy is 0.68 in shandong provinc,and there is a large void ratio during the investigation; the difference of regional logistics efficiency is obvious,the development of logistics is not balanced,showing the pattern of ＂East High and west low＂. It also shows that the intensity of environmental regulation,the level of economic development,government support and the degree of openness have a favorable impact on the efficiency of logistics,but government support,the Information infrastructure and Investment in science and technology have failed to produce a positive impact through the analysis of the influencing factors.
