摘要
为确保20英尺35 t敞顶集装箱铁矿砂运输的安全,在概述20英尺35 t敞顶集装箱基本运输条件和主要技术参数的基础上,以连云港港口为例,阐述港口适装条件,从列车装载、列车运输和集装箱排水等方面对敞顶集装箱装载运输安全问题进行分析,并提出可行性建议,实际运用效果实现了铁矿砂运输全部控制在上海铁路局规定的"双5"标准以内,提升了铁路运输生产组织全过程的安全可控管理水平。
In order to ensure the iron-ore transportation safety of 20-feet 35 t open-top container, on the basis of summarizing basic transport condition and main technical parameters of 20-feet 35 t open-top container, taking Lianyungang Port as an example, this paper expounds the loading conditions of the port, analyzes the problems existing in loading and transportation safety of open-top container from the aspects of train loading, train transportation and container drainage, and puts forward feasibility suggestions. The actual application effect realizes the iron-ore transportation is entirely controlled within ＂double 5＂ standard regulated by Shanghai Railway Administration, and the transportation increases the safety controllable management level of railway transport production organization in whole process.
