摘要
首先通过成型窗口得到基本的成型工艺参数,经正交优化,设计出合理的工艺参数组合。其次通过moldflow软件,研究了不同工艺参数组合对电连接器孔盖板翘曲变形量的影响,经极差分析,确定了各工艺参数对翘曲变形量影响的敏感性。然后根据优化所得的最佳工艺参数制得合格的注塑件。最后基于设计和训练的BP神经网络模型,对翘曲变形量进行预测,并与仿真结果进行比较,具有良好的一致性。
First of all, the basic molding process parameters were got by molding windows. The proper combination of process parameters were designed by orthogonal optimization. Secondly, tne factors effectmg the warpage of electric connector contact base were studied by Moldflow software. And through range analysis, the sensitivity of main technical parameters to the warpage was determined. Then, the injection part was got by the optimum process parameters. Lastly, based on the designed and trained back propagation (BP) neural network model, the warpage was forecasted and was compared to the results from numerical simulation, both have good consistency.
