摘要
目的 探讨变应性鼻炎实施个体化规范化舌下免疫治疗的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析本院2013年12月-2014年12月收治的100例变应性鼻炎患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组（n=50）和观察组（n=50）,分别给予常规治疗和个体化规范化舌下免疫治疗。结果 统计两组的喷嚏和鼻分泌物减少时间及鼻黏膜消肿时间并比较,观察组时间均显著短于对照组（均P〈0.05）。经疗效判定,观察组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,对照组的治疗总有效率为72.00%,经统计学比较组间存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月,分别对两组患者进行生活质量评估,不同时间点两组评分比较均存在统计学差异,观察组均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 变应性鼻炎实施个体化规范化的舌下免疫治疗可以获得理想的临床效果,更好地改善患者的临床症状和生活治疗,并提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized standardized sublingual immunotherapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into the control group（n=50） and the observation group（n=50）, with the treatment of conventional therapy and normalized sublingual immunotherapy. Results The time of sneezing and nasal secretions reducing and the swelling time of nasal mucosa between the two groups were compared, and time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （all P〈 0.05）. After determining the efficacy, the total effective rate was 94.00% in the observation group and 72.00% in the control group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The quality of life in the two groups was evaluated at 1 month, 2 months and 3 months after treatment. There were statistically significant differ- ences between the two groups at different time points. The quality of life in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individualized standardized sublingual immunotherapy of allergic rhinitis can achieve ideal clinical results, which can better improve the clinical symptoms and life therapy, and im- proves the therapeutic effect.
