摘要
目的 分析输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗尿道结石的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2013年6月-2016年6月期间收治的76例尿道结石患者的临床资料,根据双盲法将其分为研究组38例与对照组38例。对照组患者采用常规手术治疗,研究组患者采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗;比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量与治疗总有效率。结果 与对照组比较,研究组患者的手术时间短、术中出血量少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗尿道结石的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of urethral calculi. Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with urethral calculi admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into study group （n=38） and control group （n=38） according to double-blind method.38 cases of urethral calculi in the control group were given routine surgical treatment, while the study group was treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and the total effective rate of treatment in patients with urinary tract stones between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the surgery time and intraoperative bleeding in the operation group were sig- nificantly better,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. And the total effective rate of treatment in the operation group was higher than that of the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy has significant effect in the treatment of urethral calculus, and it is worthy of promotion in the clinical treatment work.
