摘要
为研究并分析临床核医学科室的有效放射防护及护理管理措施,本文结合国家的相关管理准则,制定相应的规章制度,加强核医学科室的护理人员的放射防护意识,提升其专业技能。严格落实各项规章制度,提高护理人员的专业操作技能,加强科室中放射防护管理,能保障科室诊断及治疗工作的顺利实施。临床上,核医学科室当中必须加强放射防护管理,并完善相关的管理体系,提升护理人员的防护意识,使工作人员与患者都能够得到安全保障。
In order to research and analyze effective radiological protection and nursing management measures in nuclear medicine department, this paper established rules and regulations in combination with corresponding national administration rules to enhance radiological protection awareness in nursing staff and to improve their professional skills. Successful implement of diagnosis and treatment work can be guaranteed by strict implementation of rules and regulations, improvement of professional skills in nursing staff and enhancement of radiological protection management. In clinical practice, enhancing radiological protection management, completing related management system and improving protection awareness in nursing staff are necessary to provide security assurance to staff and patients.
