摘要
飞灰含碳量是判断锅炉运行好坏和降低煤耗的一项重要指标,是指导评价锅炉燃烧优劣的依据之一。针对锅炉飞灰合碳量的测量难以满足控制系统实时在线采集的需要,以华能铜川照金电厂600MW机组为研究对象,通过分析大量实验室飞灰含碳测量数据和DCS历史数据,建立了基于多元线性自回归的飞灰含碳软测量模型。将多元线性自回归飞灰含碳模型在DCS控制系统中进行工程组态,实现了实时在线测量。组态完毕后进行了大量的飞灰含碳量软测量模型在线比对试验。试验结果表明该算法模型具有良好的测量精度,能够实时有效测量锅炉飞灰含碳量。
In this paper,a multi-variable,linear regression model for LOI is presented.The model is obtained by analyzing big mount(one year) of measurement data,like LOI measurements from power plant's laboratory or DCS historical values.The model is integrated with DCS in order to provide an on-line value of the LOI for efficient process control as well as combustion optimization.The standard measurement-laboratory serves meaningful information for evaluation of combustion process performance based on historical data.It is,however,useless for the process control or on-line optimization,because it is measured once a day.
