摘要
医院之间的竞争关键在于人才的竞争。人事档案作为人才个人信息的重要载体,是医院录用人才、评优评先、选拔人才的重要依据。如何加强医院干部人事档案的利用,为医院的发展服务,越来越受到医院管理者的重视。该文通过分析医院人事档案利用工作中存在的问题,提出新时期下医院人事档案利用工作的建议和对策。
The key to the competiveness between hospitals is the competiveness of talents, the personnel files, as an important carrier of talent personal information, is an important basis of employing talents, appraisal and selecting talents, how to enhance the hospital personnel file utilization work for serving the hospital development arouses more and more attention of hospital managers, and the paper puts forwards the suggestions and strategies of hospital personnel file utilization work under the new period by analyzing the issues of it.
