摘要
分析某地下车库在暴雨后不均匀上浮的原因,提出相应的处理程序和措施。通过对地下室受损情况进行全面调查,并对上浮最大部位柱对应的桩钻芯取样,详细了解桩身的受损情况;对地下室抗浮进行复核,找到上浮原因;针对地下室不同程度的受损情况,提出了相应的加固修复措施,包括对地下室顶板覆土压重,受损板柱进行加固处理,对抗拔桩高压注浆处理,以及对上浮严重的底板区格增设预应力锚杆。
This paper presents the reason of unevenly floating phenomenon in an underground garage subjected to rainstorm and puts forward some reinforcement measures and process to the damaged members in the structure respectively. Firstly, through compre-hensive investigation of the status of the building and coring samples from damaged piles, the status of them can be obtained. Second-ly ,checking the garage design with investigated data, the cause of the unevenly rise is concluded. Finally, combined with the different damage degree among structure components, the repairment measures are put forward, such as covering the garage roof with proper depth of soil, and then reinforcing the cracked columns and slabs, injecting grout around the pile with high pressure, and adding pres-tressed anchors in the deformation foundation floor.
