摘要
为了对爆破工程进行科学合理的安全预评价,从设计方案、施工过程、爆区环境和安全管理4方面因素中选取设计内容的完整性、起爆参数的合理性、设计人员专业水平等12个指标,构建了爆破工程安全预评价指标体系;针对指标具有模糊性且难以确定的特点,采用熵值法计算各指标权重,并结合集对分析理论,建立基于集对分析理论的爆破施工安全预评价模型。以某烟囱拆除爆破为例,对该安全预评价模型进行应用。结果表明:基于集对分析理论的爆破工程安全预评价模型能够应用于爆破工程的安全预评价,评价结果能够为此类工程施工提供决策依据。
In order to carry out the scientific and reasonable safety pre-evaluation for blasting engineering,12 indexes,such as the integrity of design content,the rationality of blasting parameters,the professional level of design personnel,etc.,were selected from four aspects including the design scheme,the construction process,the environment of blasting zone and the safety management,then an index system for safety pre-evaluation of blasting engineering was established. Aiming at the characteristics that the indexes have fuzziness and are difficult to determine,the entropy method was used to calculate the weight of each index,and combined with set pair analysis theory,a safety pre-evaluation model of blasting engineering based on set pair analysis theory was established. Taking a chimney demolition blasting as example,the safety pre-evaluation model was put into practice. The results showed that the safety pre-evaluation model of blasting engineering based on set pair analysis theory can be applied in the safety pre-evaluation of blasting engineering,and the evaluation results can provide decision-making basis for such construction.
