摘要
以北衙尾矿浆为研究对象,在现有絮凝剂的基础上,试验研究了影响絮凝剂效果的各种因素。经过一系列试验研究发现,絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺在配置柜中搅拌溶解好后,经过一段时间的静置反应,使分子链充分打开,可以大幅提高其絮凝沉降效果,尾矿的絮凝沉降速度可以提高一倍以上。该试验结果为有效提高絮凝剂效果,降低絮凝剂用量,改善尾矿浓缩沉降、压滤脱水工作以及降本增效提供依据。
Using Beiya's tailings slurry as the objective,an experimental study of the effects of various factors on the flocculation settling with existing flocculants.It was found that the PAM can significantly improve the flocculation sedimentation after a period of storage standing,making the molecular chain fully opened.The flocculation settling velocity can be doubled or higher.The test result has great significance for improving the effect of flocculant,reducing flocculant dosage,improving tailings concentrated settlement and filter press dewatering with low cos and high profit.
