摘要
目的探讨压力管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法 2015年7月,便利抽样法选择山东省枣庄市、东营市两所医院手术室的在职护士50名为研究对象,开展护士工作压力管理模式,评价并比较实施前(2015年1-6月)和实施后(2015年7-12月)的护理质、护理人员的倦怠程度及留职意愿。结果压力管理模式实施后,手术室护理人员的护理态度、护理技术、护理安全性评分均优于实施前(均P<0.05);工作倦怠程度各方面的评分均低于实施前,留职意愿评分高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论护士工作压力管理模式可有效降低手术室护理人员自身压力感,改善倦怠程度,提高手术室护理质量。
Objective To discuss the application effect of job stress management model in the nursing management in operation room. Methods By convenience sampling, 50 nurses working in the operation room of two hospitals in Zaozhuang and Dongying were selected.The nurses job stress management model was carried out in July 2015.The quality of nursing before (January to June 2015) and after (July to December 7,015) the implementation were recorded and compared.Results After the implementation of nurse job stress management, the nursing staff attitude, nursing skills, nursing safety score were significantly better than those of before the implementation .After the implementation, all aspects of operating room nurses job burnout were improved (all P〈0.05) ,the score of desire to remain which was better than those of before the implementation (all P〈0.05).Conelusions Nurses job stress management model can effectively reduce the pressure of nursing staff in operation room, improve the degree of burnout, and improve the quality of nursing in operation room.
