摘要
为了研究钢丝绳使用寿命与D/d(卷筒直径与钢丝绳直径比)和绳端张力之间的关系,通过将CATIA建立钢丝绳缠绕卷筒模型导入有限元软件ABAQUS中进行仿真分析,并将得到的结果应用疲劳分析软件FE-safe分析,得到了钢丝绳在不同的卷筒直径和绳端张力下弯曲疲劳寿命。研究结果表明:随着卷筒直径与钢丝绳直径比的增大,钢丝绳内最大应力逐渐减小,钢丝绳的使用寿命逐渐增加;钢丝绳寿命由绳端张力和D/d共同决定。
In order to study the relationship among working life of wire rope and D/d(the ratio between drum diameter and wire rope diameter) and terminal tension,the model of wire rope wrapping around the drum established by CATIA is input into finite element software ABAQUS to carry out simulated analysis,and the obtained result is transmitted into fatigue software FE-safe,and the working life of wire rope bending around different drum diameters with different terminal tension is acquired. The research result shows that when the ration between drum diameter and wire rope diameter is increasing,the maximum stress in wire rope is decreasing,while the working life of wire rope is increasing; the working life of wire rope depends on D/d and terminal tension.
