摘要
随着中国工业化进程的不断推进,现代生活水平的不断提高,人们对现有食品的要求也越来越高。在追求食品营养价值的同时亦须满足人们快节奏的生活方式,健康、绿色的佐餐开胃即食食品应运而生,其中尤以蔬菜系列更为人们所青睐。商品社会发展使然,佐餐开胃蔬菜即食食品在整个食品产业市场中亦势必占得一席之地。着重归纳了目前佐餐开胃蔬菜即食食品的分类、产品特点和发展现状,并对其产业发展方向和市场前景做出了前期预估。
With the development of China＇s industrialization process, modem living standards continue to improve, and people have more and more requirements to foods. To pursue the nutritional value of the food and to meet the people＇s fast- paced lifestyle, healthy and green adorned ready-to-eat appetizers have emerged, in which vegetables series are especially more popular. With the development of our society, adorned ready-to-eat appetizer vegetables is bound to occupy a place in food industry. Summarize the category, product characteristics, development status of adorned ready-to-eat appetizer vegetables, and make a pre-judgrnent for its industrial development direction and market prospects.
