温州市禽畜肉、蛋中兽药残留监测分析 被引量:21

Surveillance and analysis of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry meat and eggs in Wenzhou

摘要 目的了解温州市禽畜肉、蛋中兽药残留状况。方法 2013年-2016年对温州市农贸市场、超市采集的204份样品,采用高效液相色谱-质谱法进行兴奋剂(克伦特罗、沙丁胺醇、特布他林、莱克多巴胺)、抗生素(氧氟沙星、培氟沙星、诺氟沙星、洛美沙星、达氟沙星、二氟沙星、恩诺沙星、氟甲喹、恶喹酸、沙拉沙星、四环素、土霉素、金霉素、强力霉素)、抗病毒药物(金刚烷胺、利巴韦林)和五氯酚钠残留的检测。结果畜肉及内脏中兴奋剂检出率分别为1.19%(1/84)、0.00%,禽畜肉、蛋中抗生素、抗病毒药物、五氯酚钠检出率分别为34.09%(15/44)、40.63%(13/32)、3.13%(1/32)和0.00%(0/22)、2.27%(1/44)和0.00%(0/12),违禁药物克伦特罗、氯霉素、五氯酚钠均有检出。结论温州市禽畜肉、蛋中兽药残留问题依然存在,特别是禽类中抗生素残留严重,应加强畜禽养殖业产品兽药残留的监管和检测,执行绿色养殖行业产品标准及规范,完善食品安全体系,确保动物源性食品的安全性。 Objective To investigate the veterinary drug residues in meat and eggs of local livestock and poultry in Wenzhou.Methods By high performance liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry( HPLC- MS),204 samples collected from local food markets,supermarkets during 2013- 2016 were conducted for the tests of stimulant( clenbuterol,salbutamol,terbutaline,ractopamine),antibiotic( ofloxacin,pefloxacin,norfloxacin,lomefloxacin,danofloxacin,difloxacin,enrofloxacin,flumequine,oxolinic acid,sarafloxacin,tetracycline,oxytetracycline,aureomycin and doxycycline),antiviral drug( amantadine,ribavirin) and sodium pentachlorophenate residues. Results The detection rates of stimulant residue in livestock meat and visceral were 1. 19%( 1 /84),0. 00% respectively,and that of antibiotic residue,antiviral drug and sodium pentachlorophenate residues in meat and eggs were,34. 09%( 15 /44),40. 63%( 13 /32),3. 13%( 1 /32),0. 00%( 0 /22),2. 27%( 1 /44) and 0. 00%( 0 /12) respectively. Forbidden drugs such as clenbuterol,chloramphenicol and sodium pentachlorophenate were all detected. Conclusion Veterinary drug residues in meat and eggs of local livestock and poultry in Wenzhou still exist,and the residual level of antibiotic in poultry was severe. Therefore,management of detection for veterinary drugs in livestock and poultry breeding industries should be enhanced. Moreover,standards and regulations of green meat animal breeding industries and completion of food safety system should be improved to ensure animal food safety.
