摘要
比较不同显微摄像技术在天然药物学教学中的应用及优缺点,介绍手机显微摄像在天然药物学教学中的具体运用。结果表明,手机显微摄像拍摄的图片比墨线图更真实、更直观地反映药材的显微构造,而且操作方便实用,便于师生互动。手机显微摄像技术可应用于天然药物学、生药学、中药鉴定学等课程教学。
In this article, different photomicrography techniques were compared in terms of teaching of natural medicine, andintroduced the application of cell phone camera in teaching of this course. It was found that using cell phone camera to take themicroscopic photos can show the microstructure of crude drug in a more real and direct way than theblack line charts. In addi-tion, using cell phone camera to take the microscopic photos was more convenient and practical in teaching andwas facilitate theinteraction between students and teachers. Fuennore, photomicrography thniques with cell phone can be applied m theteaching of natural pharmacology, pharmacognosyand authentication of Chinese medicine.
