摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定防感合剂中芍药苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse Plus-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(17∶83),流速为1 ml/min,检测波长230 nm,柱温30℃。结果芍药苷线性范围为7.672~153.4μg/ml(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.51%,RSD为1.4%。结论高效液相色谱法专属性、重复性好,可用于防感合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish HPLC determination of paeoniflorin in Fanggan Mixture content method. Methods The separation was performed on Agilent Eclipse Plus-C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 ram,5 μm)with acetonitrile- 0.1% phosphate (17:83 ) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 230 nm,the column temperature was 30℃. Results The liner arrange for Paeoniflorin was 17. 672-153.4 μg/ml ( r = 0. 9999 ), The average re- covery of Paeoniflorin was 99.51% and the relative standard deviation was 1.4%. Conclusion HPLC is simple, accurate, sensitive with good reproducibility for analyzing the Paeoniflorin in Fanggan Mixture and control its quality.
