摘要
传统的成本控制模式在光伏产业生产经营环境急剧变化的新形势下,已不能适应光伏产业对成本控制的需求。价值链理论为光伏产业的成本控制提供了全新的思路。光伏产业与互联网产业不同,产业链的每一个环节紧密联系。如果产业链不能实现全部覆盖,就意味着价值链的每一个环节,都需要企业之间进行沟通,从而导致交易成本变高。因此,基于价值链光伏产业的成本控制很有必要,寻找薄弱环节,抓住成本控制的重点,有利于增强更多有实力企业的竞争力。要均衡发展光伏产业链,光伏产业价值链每个环节的成本控制不仅能提高我国光伏产业的竞争力,而且对光伏产业市场的发展有良好的作用。
Traditional cost control pattern could not meet the demand of the photovohaic industry under the new situation of the dramati- cally changing environment for production and operation. The value chain theory provides a new train of thought for the cost control of the industry. All parts of the photovoltaic industry are closely linked, differing from those of the Interact industry. If the industry chain could not realize complete eoverage, all links of the value chain need to communicate to one another, resulting in higher transaction cost, There-fore, it is necessary for the industry to control cost base on the value chain by screening for loopholes and focusing on the key point of cost control, which helps more of powerful enterprises enhance the competitiveness. Every link of the industry chain of the photovoltaic industry should be equally developed as the cost control of each link will work in promoting the competitiveness and the growth of the photovoltaic industry.
