摘要
目的:探讨老年女性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者的临床特点。方法:入选2013年12月~2015年8月于北京老年医院就诊的老年女性(年龄>60岁)冠心病患者69例,另选同一时期老年男性冠心病患者102例,比较2组患者一般资料、冠状动脉病变特点和各项生化指标的差异。结果:2组病变支数比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。女性组年龄及糖尿病比例均显著高于男性组(70.87±7.18 vs 68.43±6.59,34.7%vs13.7%),吸烟及饮酒比例均显著低于男性组(43.5%vs 79.4%,7.2%vs 42.2%,均P<0.05)。女性组血尿酸、总胆固醇水平显著低于男性组,空腹血糖、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著高于男性组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 :老年女性冠心病患者与男性患者相比,血尿酸、血脂水平偏低,空腹血糖、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇偏高,糖尿病比例高、发病年龄偏高。
Objective：To explore the clinical features in elderly female patients with coronary heart disease comparing with the male patients.Methods：There were 171 elderly patients（60ys）with coronary artery disease diagnosed by coronary angiography from December 2013 to August 2015 included in this study.The clinical features of 69 female patients and 102 male patients were collected.The general information,characteristics of coronary artery lesion and biochemical results were compared between the two groups.Results：The proportion of the number of vessel disease had no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Age and the percentage of diabetes in the female group were significantly higher than those in male group（70.87±7.18 vs68.43±6.59,34.7% vs 13.7%,both P〈0.05）.The percentage of smoking and drinking in female group was significantly lower than that in male group（43.5% vs 79.4%,7.2% vs 42.2%,both P〈0.05）.The 1evels of blood uric acid and total cholesterol in female group were significantly lower than those in male group,the levels of glucose and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly higher than the male group（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The level of blood lipid and blood uric acid in elderly female patients with coronary artery disease was lower than that in male patients.Age,percentage of diabetesthe,levels of glucose and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in elderly female patients with coronary artery disease was higher than male patients.
