摘要
采用HPLC法测定了川产(四川省阿坝县、峨边县、美姑县)玛咖中N-苄基-十六烷酰胺的含量,并与其在秘鲁玛咖中的含量进行了比较。色谱条件为:Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm);流动相A为0.005%的三氟乙酸水溶液,流动相B为0.005%的三氟乙酸乙腈溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长为210nm。结果表明,阿坝县、峨边县和美姑县玛咖中N-苄基-十六烷酰胺含量分别为0.087%、0.085%、0.055%,均高于秘鲁玛咖中N-苄基-十六烷酰胺含量(0.030%)。该方法重复性好(RSD=0.47%)、精密度高(RSD=0.38%)、加标回收率准确可靠(RSD=3.5%),可用于玛咖中N-苄基-十六烷酰胺含量的测定。
The contents of N-benzyl-hexadecanamide in Maca from Aba County,Ebian County,and Meigu County of Sichuan Province,China were determinated by HPLC,and the results were compared with the content of N-benzyl-hexadecanamide in Maca from Peru.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:an Eclipse XDB-C18column(4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm),a mixture of water/trifluoroacetic acid(99.995∶0.005,volume fraction,solvent A)and acetonitrile/trifluoroacetic acid(99.995∶0.005,volume fraction,solvent B)as a mobile phase with gradient elution,and 210 nm wavelength detection.The results showed that the contents of N-benzyl-hexadecanamide in Aba Maca,Ebian Maca,and Meigu Maca were 0.087%,0.085%,and 0.055%,respectively.All three Maca samples had higher N-benzyl-hexadecanamide content than that in Prue Maca(0.030%).This method is suitable for determining the content of N-benzyl-hexadecanamide in Maca with good repeatability(RSD=0.47%),high precision(RSD=0.38%),and reliable recovery(RSD=3.5%).
