基于光参量放大的任意波形测量技术

摘要 为了观察脉冲在时域上是否产生调制现象,从而判断其频谱情况,利用非线性晶体中的OPA(光学参量放大)效应,提出了一种OPA-FROG(基于光参量放大的频率分辨光学开关)法光学任意波形测量方案,该方案结构简单,易于实现。在MATLAB环境下利用PCGP(主元素广义投影)算法对测量波形进行恢复,结果表明,该方案能够准确地测量光学任意波形的幅度和相位。利用门脉冲选通过程含有增益放大的特点,可以实现对微弱信号的测量。 In order to investigate the modulation phenomenon of pulse in the time domain and determine its frequency spectrum,an Optical Parametric Amplification-Frequency-Resolved Optical Gating(OPA-FROG)measurement scheme for optical arbitrary waveforms based on optical parametric amplification of crystal is presented in this paper.The program structure is simple and easy to implement.In the MATLAB environment,we use the Principal Component Generalized Projects(PCGP)algorithm to recovery the waveform.The results show that the scheme can achieve an accurate measurement of the amplitude and phase of arbitrary optical waveform.The characteristics of gating process of the gate pulse with gain amplification can realize the measurement of weak signals.
