摘要
以四氢苯酐为起始原料,依次经酯化、酰胺化及氧化开环反应合成了新型烷基酰胺双羧酸盐双子表面活性剂(4),其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS(ESI)表征。通过浊点法测得其Krafft点低于0℃;通过电导率法测得其CMC为3.729×10-3mol·L^(-1);利用滴体积法测得CMC为3.402×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1),γCMC为36.88 m N·m^(-1)。4的起泡性能、乳化性能良好,优于SDS。
A novel dicarboxylic surfactant(4) based on alkyl amide was synthesized by esterifying,amidating and oxidizing,using tetradrophthalic anhydride as the starting material.The structure was characterized by -1H NMR,IR and MS(ESI).The Krafft point tested by means of cloud point was below 0 ℃.The critical micelle concentration(CMC) tested by conductivity method was 3.729×10^-3mol·L^-1.The CMC and γCMCtested by dripping volume method were 3.402×10^-4mol·L^-1 and 36.88 m N·m^-1,respectively.The results of foam experiment showed that 4 has better foaming capacity than that of SDS.
