摘要
南通政务中心立体车库采用预制装配整体式框架-剪力墙结构体系,建筑整体预制率52.6%,采用"少规格、多组合"设计原则,降低建造成本,缩短了施工周期。实现无外模板、无外脚手架、无现场砌筑、无抹灰的绿色施工,解决了PC构件吊装的精度控制技术难点,采用绿色施工,节约项目后期的运营成本。
Nantong Government Affairs Center stereo garage adopts precast monolithic frame shear wall structure system, whose overall prefabricated rate is 52. 6%. It uses ‘little specifications, much combination'design principle to reduce the construction cost,shorten the construction period,and implement the green construction without outer formwork,outer scaffold,masonry and plastering,which solves the accuracy control technical difficulties of PC component assembly and saves operating costs at a later stage of project.
