摘要
目的:观察中医正骨手法治疗腰椎滑脱的临床效果。方法:将84例腰椎滑脱患者随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组给予腰椎牵引治疗,观察组给予中医正骨手法治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,对照组治疗总有效率为80.95%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组症状体征评分为(19.11±5.03)分,对照组为(22.15±5.17)分,观察组症状体征评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医正骨手法是治疗腰椎滑脱的有效方法,显著缓解腰椎滑脱症状,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of bone - setting of TCM in treatment of lumbar slippage. Methotis 84 patients who underwent lumbar slippage were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, each in 42cases. The patients in observation group were treated with bone - setting of TCM, the control group were treated with lumbar traction. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92. 86%, the total effective rate in the control group was 80. 95%, it significantly higher than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The symptom score in observation group was （ 19. 11± 5.03 ）, in control group was （ 22. 15 ± 5.17 ）, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Bone - setting of TCM in treatment of lumbar slippage is better and worthy of clinical application.
