摘要
首先建立了1800HP型泥浆泵泵体三维模型,然后对泥浆泵泵体进行3种工况的有限元静力仿真分析。结果表明,泥浆泵泵体后隔板的连接板附近和连接板焊缝处出现应力集中,且最大应力超出所用材料的屈服极限,不满足设计和工作的要求。根据有限元分析结果对泵体结构进行改进,并对改进后的泥浆泵泵体进行有限元仿真分析,改进后的泥浆泵泵体和焊缝的应力集中情况得到明显改善,泵体的整体强度得到加强,增加了泥浆泵工作的可靠性和稳定性。
This paper builds three-dimensional model of 1800 HP type mud pump. Finite element method is used to carry out static simulation of the mud pump under three kinds of working conditions. The results show that the stress concentration occurs on the vicinity of the plate and the welded joint of the diaphragm, and the maximum stress is beyond the yield limit of the material, which is not satisfied with the design and work requirements. According to the finite element analysis results, pump body structure is improved and simulated. The stress concentration of pump body and weld seam are significantly improved; the overall strength of the pump body is strengthened; the reliability and stability of the mud pump industry and trade are increased.
