摘要
运用综合比较优势指数法,对宁夏粮食生产在国内以及宁夏境内各区域间的比较优势进行了研究。研究结果表明,宁夏水稻生产在国内不具有规模优势,但单产高、品质好,具有效率优势;宁夏小麦生产在国内不具有比较优势,且比较优势指数呈下降趋势;宁夏玉米生产在国内具有效率优势和综合优势;宁夏薯类生产在国内具有规模优势和综合优势,但单产低,不具有效率优势。基于研究结果,提出了宁夏粮食生产发挥比较优势和优化区域布局的建议。
A study was made on the comparative advantages of grain production between Ningxia and the average across China as well as various counties across Ningxia using the comprehensive comparative advantage index method. The results showed that the rice production in Ningxia had no scale advantage in comparison with the average across China but had efficiency advantage due to the high yield and high quality. The wheat production in Ningxia had no comparative advantage and the comparative advantage indicators were on the declining trend. The corn production in Ningxia had efficiency advantage and comprehensive advantage in comparison with the average across China. The potato production in Ningxia had scale advantage and comprehensive advantage in comparison with the average across China but had no efficiency advantage due to the low yield. Based on the study,some suggestions are put forward for bringing the comparative advantages of the grain production in Ningxia into full play and for optimizing the regional layout of the grain production in Ningxia.
