摘要
目的:观察针刀结合中药热敷治疗腰椎滑脱症患者的临床疗效。方法:将74例腰椎滑脱症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各37例,治疗组采用小针刀加中药热敷的方法对腰椎滑脱节段附近的阳性反应点进行闭合性松解术,对照组采用普通针刺加中药热敷的方法治疗,观察两组治疗前后症状、体征的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后的NRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀疗法治疗腰椎滑脱症优势明显。值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objectives：To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combining Herbal Fomentation in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis pa-tients. Methods：74 patients were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group, the former was treated by close lysis on lum-bar spondylolisthesis segment’s positive reaction points using acupotomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fomentation therapy, while the latter was given conventional acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation. Changes on clinical syndromes and signs before and after the treat-ment in the two group were carefully observed. Results：Significant advantage was observed in the treatment group over the control（P〈0.05）;com-pared with pretherapy, the NRS scores of the two groups reduced in different rates;and the NRS score in the post-treatment showed that the treatment group performed better than control（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Acupotomy therapy for lumbar spondylolisthesis patients has obvious advantages,and it is worthy of further clinical applications.
