摘要
为研究牛粪与花椰菜废弃物的不同配比对厌氧发酵产沼气的影响,在中温条件下(35℃),以5种处理进行混合厌氧发酵,测定了厌氧发酵过程中的产气量、甲烷含量、pH值、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)特性的变化。结果表明:花椰菜废弃物与牛粪的混合比例为2∶1时,总产气量比花椰菜废弃物对照组提高7.43倍,最高甲烷含量比花椰菜废弃物对照组提高了51.73%;同时,提前了水解酸化阶段,提高了体系的pH值,降低了VFA浓度。
This study was conducted at the mesophilic condition(35℃),the variation of biogas production,methane volumetric concentration,pH value,VFA were measured with five treatments,which can carry out mixed anaerobic fermentation.The results show that the total biogas yield increases by 7.43 times than the control group(only broccoli wastes)under the mixture ratio of 2∶1,and the maximum methane volumetric concentration increases by 51.73% compared with the control group.At the same time,hydrolytic acidification stage is advanced,which improves the pH value of whole system and decreases the VFA content.
