摘要
随着经济的快速发展,我国环境问题逐渐凸显。文章针对库兹涅茨曲线特征,采用岭回归方法,选用江西省1995-2014年"三废"排放量及GDP数据进行研究,发现江西省"三废"排放量与经济发展呈"N"型曲线关系,工业废水排放量和工业二氧化硫排放量主要受结构效应影响;工业废气排放量主要受规模效应影响;工业固体废物产生量受规模效应与结构效应影响程度相当;且只有固体废物治理投资水平对污染起到了抑制作用。从而得知,江西省环境治理投资效果不佳,应该合理投入环境治理资金,提高资金使用效率,实现"精准治理"。
With the rapid development of economy, the environmental problems of our country are gradually highlighted. According to the characteristics of the Kuznets Curve, by ridge regression method, the paper studied the ＂three wastes＂ emissions and GDP data from 1995 to 2014 of Jiangxi Province. It has found that there is an ＂N＂ type curve in Jiangxi Province ＂three wastes＂ emissions and economic development. Industrial waste water emissions and industrial sulfur dioxide emissions is mainly affected by the structure effect; Industrial waste gas emissions is mainly affected by the scale effect; the effects of scale and structural on industrial solid waste emissions are the same. And only solid waste disposal investment level has inhibition. So we may say that the environmental governance investment in Jiangxi Province is not good. There should be reasonable investment in environmental governance funds, to improve the efficiency of the use of funds, and to achieve precise governance.
