摘要
简要介绍何鲜平教授诊治慢性萎缩性胃炎临床经验。何教授认为,把握本病的常见病因、病机及本虚标实的病理特点,重视舌脉及体质,辨证处方,灵活用药,分期论治,结合恰当的医患沟通,对临床诊治本病常能收到较好疗效。
The paper mainly introduces the clinical experience of Professor He Xianping in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）. Noting importance to the tongue and body constitution, prescribing dialectically, using drugs flexibly, treating by stages, communicating appropriately between doctors and patients, Professor He think, we should understand common etiology and pathogenesis of CAG,Pathological characteristics of asthenia in origin and excessiveness in superficiality, which help to improve the clinical effect of the disease.
