摘要
目的总结Ig G4相关性腹膜后纤维化的影像学表现及相关实验室检查的特点,从而提高对该病的认识,做到早期诊断及合理治疗。方法分析2012年12月~2016年3月收治的经影像科首先确诊,收入临床相关科室治疗后的随访患者32例,详细分析其影像学表现特点,实验室相关阳性指标的意义,并依据Ig G4相关性疾病国际共识的诊断标准,最终做出诊断。结果共有14例患者纳入Ig G4相关性腹膜后纤维化的研究,其中男性9例,女性5例,平均年龄62岁,平均随访时间11个月。结论 Ig G4相关性腹膜后纤维化具有较为特异的CT影像学表现,是主要的确诊方式,在结合实验室检查,可做出明确诊断,而其临床表现确较为多样无特异性,激素治疗具有较好的临床疗效,可缓解患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To summarize the imaging findings of Ig G4 correlation retroperitoneal fibrosis and the characteristics of related laboratory Examination,enhance awareness of the disease and realize early diagnosis and reasonable treatment.Methods 32 follow-up patients who were first definitely diagnosed by radiology department,and then sent to clinically relevant departments for treatment of the author＇s hospital from December 2012 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients＇ imaging manifestations characteristics and the significance of related indicators of laboratory were detailed analyzed.Based on the diagnostic criteria of Ig G4 correlation disease which got international consensus,the final diagnosis was obtained.Results 14 patients were included in the research of the Ig G4 correlation retroperitoneal fibrosis.9 cases were male,5 cases were female,the patients＇ mean age was 62 years,and the average follow-up visiting time was 11 months.Conclusions Ig G4 correlation retroperitoneal fibrosis maintains comparatively specific CT manifestations,it is the main way of diagnosis.In combination with laboratory examination,the definite diagnosis can be exerted,its clinical manifestations are more diverse and lack specific characteristics.Hormone therapy contains good clinical curative effect,can alleviate patients＇ clinical symptoms and improve the life quality of patients.
