语音反应时特性的管制员疲劳风险分析 被引量:22

摘要 为了解管制员的疲劳状况,找出缓解疲劳的方法,对陆空通话音频文件进行处理,截取管制员回复机组的语音反应时,并结合NASA-TLX量表的自评值,验证语音反应时与疲劳度之间的关系,分析管制员的疲劳状况。结果表明,管制员的语音反应时与疲劳程度之间有一定的相关关系,当管制员的语音反应时较短时,其疲劳程度值也较小;管制员在不同时间段的警觉性不一样,9:30—11:30的警觉性较高,而13:30—15:30和23:30之后的警觉性较低。管制员在正常情况下,其反应时呈正态分布;当管制员处于疲劳状态时,其反应时稳定性降低,甚至不再服从正态分布。 The aim of this study is to analyze controller fatigue and find methods for reducing controller fatigue.First, recorded audio files were gained from a ground-air communication recorder,then data on controllers' reaction time were captured by an audio capture software. Meanwhile, controllers were required to fill in NASA-TLX scale on shift clearance for subsequent analysis of the relationship between reaction time and fatigue. Second, on the basis of controllers' subjective fatigue values, states of controllers' fatigue were analyzed. Results show that there is a correlation between controllers' reaction time and their fatigue:the shorter the controller's reaction time is, the smaller the fatigue value will be at different time:alertness at higher levels from 9:30 to 11:30, lower levels from l 3:30 to 15:30 and 23:30 later. That in normal circumstances, the distribution of controllers' reaction time is normal,and that when the controllers are in a state of fatigue, the stability of the reaction time is reduced, even not normal distribution.
