摘要
介绍了国内现有"直接法"生产甲基氯硅烷单体生产工艺流程、主要原料及单体性质,针对生产流程长、过程控制难度大,所用原料、中间产品、副产品及产品多属于易燃易爆危险化学品特点,分析了生产过程中原料以及单元生产时易发生安全事故的环节,并据此提出了相应的安全防治措施,以消除安全隐患、提高企业安全环保管理水平。
This paper introduced the production technology process, main raw materials and their nature in methyl chlorosilane monomer production by 'direct method' existing in domestic. Aiming the characteristics that production process was long, process control was difficulty, used materials, intermediate products, by- products and products belonged to the inflammable and explosive dangerous chemical, analyzed the raw materials in production process and the steps which were prone to accidents in unit production,and accordingly putted forward the corresponding safety control measures in order to eliminate safety concerns, and enhance the management level of enterprise security environmental protection.
