摘要
总结精细化工产品危险属性和火灾因素,从物料性质及配比、生产工艺、环境与设备、人为因素等方面阐述相关火灾调查方法。结合几起典型化工火灾案例进行分析,进而为精细化工产品火灾防范措施的制定提供参考,以预防和遏制重特大火灾事故的发生,最终提高精细化工园区安全水平。
conclude the dangerous properties and fire risk factors of fine chemical industry products,fire investigation methods were described from aspects as material property and proportion,production technique,environment and equipment and human factor,in order to giving reference for establishment of fire prevention measurement on chemical industry fire,preventing and controlling serious and extra serious fire and finally improving safety level of fine chemical industry park.
