脂肪细胞因子在早期自然流产过程中的作用 被引量:9

摘要 脂联素、瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、内脂素、白细胞介素(ILs)等脂肪细胞因子可影响胚胎种植、子宫内环境和母胎免疫平衡等进而引起早期自然流产,其中,脂联素通过旁分泌和自分泌作用影响子宫内膜容受性;瘦素可通过中枢调节促性腺激素的分泌途径,调控受精卵在母体内的生长和发育;TNF-α可通过调节滋养细胞的增殖、分化,促进胚胎发育;内脂素的促炎症反应作用有利于妊娠维持;IL间平衡失调导致母胎免疫异常。就脂联素、瘦素、TNF-α、内脂素、IL在早期自然流产过程中作用的研究进展进行综述。 Adipocytokines, such as adiponectin, leptin, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), visfatin and interleukins(ILs), can affect embryo implantation, intrauterine environment, maternal-fetal immune balance, which is related to early spontaneous abortion. Adiponectin affects endometrial receptivity by both paracrine and autocrine pathways. Leptin can regulate the growth and development of zygote through the regulation of gonadotropins secretion. TNF-α can promote the development of embryo by regulating the proliferation and differentiation of trophoblasts. The proinflammatory effect of visfatin is beneficial to the maintenance of pregnancy.Imbalances among ILs lead to the abnormal immune status at the maternal-fetal interface. This paper summarizes the effects of adiponectin, leptin, TNF-α, visfatin and ILs on the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion.
