摘要
目的:了解成都市范围内9所省属三甲医院微信公众平台使用情况,分析其存在的问题,为促进其更好发展提出建议。方法:文献分析法、访谈法、问卷调查、统计分析法。结果:医院微信公众平台针对性较差,用户定位缺乏精准性,消息推送功能利用率不高,实用性功能单一,用户满意度与忠诚度有待提高。结论:建议医院微信公众平台针对不同人群提供个性化医疗服务,加大宣传力度,提高消息推送功能的利用率,完善菜单服务功能,提高患者满意度与忠诚度。
Objective: To understand the construction and present situation of the WeChat of 9 provincial hospitals in Chengdu and analysis the problems existing in the operation, providing suggestions for its further development. Methods: To use the methods of literature analysis, interview, questionnaires and statistical methods. Results: The hospitals WeChat has some problems of low pertinence, lacking precision positioning and low utilization rate of message push function, the utility function is simple and the demand of patients can't be satisfied. Conclusions: The hospital should offer personalized health care services for different people; strengthen the construction and management of WeChat; strengthen propagating to improve the utilization rate of news push function; adding practical functions to meet the needs of users.
