摘要
温室自然通风是一种基本不消耗动力能源,利用风压和热压进行温室内外空气交换的环境控制技术,为华南地区温室通风换气的主要方式。为了改进温室自然通风系列开窗装置,提高温室通风效果,利用卷膜式和齿轮-齿条驱动式研制了不同通风比的温室天窗装置,并对其操作方法进行了详细说明。研制的温室天窗装置操作简单,运行管理费用低,可以满足不同植物品种生长的需求,有助于提高华南设施环境调控技术水平。
Greenhouse natural ventilation is the main way of ventilation in Southern China area, which making full use of wind pressure and hot pressure for the air exchange and almost no energy consumption. To improve the natural ventilation system of greenhouse and the ventilation effect, this paper developed skylight devices with different ventilation ratio and described the operation method in detail by the roll film and gear rack drive. The developed skylight devices have simple operation and low cost of operation management, and could meet the needs of different plant varieties. It is a highly effective and energy-saving ventilation system that helpful to improve the technical level of Southern China facility environment regulation.
