摘要
为分析民用飞机燃油箱内热交换过程,搭建了基于AMESim的液压管道与燃油热交换仿真模型。仿真结果显示了飞机液压管道在燃油箱内的热交换对液压系统温度的影响效果。液压系统通过管道向燃油的散热效果明显,可以将系统温度维持在液压油工作性能良好的温度区间内。
In order to analyze the heat exchange process of hydraulic system within civil aircraft fuel tank. A heat exchanging simulation model of hydraulic system is established in AMESim. The result of simulation shows the heat exchange effect of aircraft hydraulic pipe in fuel tank on temperature characteristic of hydraulic system. It illustrates the heat dissipation of hydraulic pipe in fuel tank is effective. The system temperature is maintained in a reasonable range where hydraulic oil performs well.
