摘要
绵羊是世界上主要的畜种资源之一,也是较早被驯化的家养动物。从遗传学角度看,Y染色体基因标记为家畜的起源和多样性提供了重要信息,并对常染色体、X染色体及线粒体DNA的信息进行了重要的补充。由于Y染色体含有大量的重复序列,造成它的基因组测序和组装极其困难,目前尚没有完整的绵羊Y染色体序列。根据灵长类Y染色体测序的启示,国内外相关研究在绵羊上鉴定了一些Y染色体DNA片段和分子标记,为我们更好的理解绵羊的父系起源起到了很大的作用。本文主要对绵羊Y染色体雄性特异区基因的鉴定、YSNPs等遗传标记的筛选以及它们与绵羊父系遗传多样性及父系起源等方面的研究进行概述,为进一步对绵羊起源、家系判定等方面研究提供理论依据。
Sheep,domesticated by human in very early age,is one of the major livestock resources in the world.From the viewpoint of genetics,Y chromosome markers provide important genetic information for the origin and diversity of the domestic animals,which is an important complement to autosome,X chromosome and mitochondrial DNA.The genome sequencing and assembly of Y chromosome is extremely difficult because it contains a large amount of repeat sequences,which lead to the absence of complete sheep Y chromosome sequences.According to the enlightenment of primate Y chromosome sequences,researchers identified some DNA fragments and molecular markers on ovine Y chromosome,which largely helps us to understand the sheep paternal origin better.This article mainly focuses on summarizing the progress of identification of genes on the male-specific region of ovine Y chromosome,screening genetic markers related to ovine Y chromosome,and their relationship with paternal origin and paternal genetic diversity,so as to provide a theoretical foundation for ovine origin and lineage determination in the future.
