摘要
目的调查凉山彝族自治州(简称凉山州)彝、汉民族残疾人群的牙齿修复状况,为残疾人口腔健康教育及牙列缺损、牙列缺失的预防和治疗提供参考。方法参照第二次全国残疾人抽样调查残疾标准,结合世界卫生组织口腔健康调查基本方法制定流行病学抽样调查方案,收集凉山州46个乡镇残疾人(西昌市18个乡镇,布拖县14个乡镇、木里县8个乡镇、会理县6个)牙齿修复情况的横断面数据。结果共收集3186名残疾人口腔义齿修复资料,其中男性1921名,女性1265名;城市758名,乡村2428名;汉族2067名,彝族1119名,残疾人义齿修复率为14.6%,有义齿修复需求人数占64.5%;彝、汉两民族义齿修复比例和义齿修复需求均随年龄增加而增加,但义齿修复率(15.9%vs 13.8%)、义齿修复需求比例(63.9%vs 64.9%)均无统计学差异(P>0.05),城市居民义齿修复需求率(67.5%)高于乡村(63.6%),具有统计学差异(P<0.05);义齿修复率听力残疾人群最高(17.6%),义齿修复需求精神残疾人群最高(75.0%)。结论凉山州残疾人中14.6%已进行义齿修复,64.5%有义齿修复需求,需求率与民族无关。
Objective To explore the dental restoration of disabled Yi and Han people in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture（＂Liangshan Prefecture＂ for short） in order to provide reference for oral health education and prevention and treatment of damaged and missed tooth column of the disabled ones. Methods An epidemiological sampling survey plan was developed in reference to the Standards for the National Second Sample Survey on Disability and in combination with the basic methods of WHO for oral health survey, and the dental restoration and cross section data on the teeth of 46 disabled people from the towns and townships（18 towns and townships under Xichang City, 14 towns and townships under Butuo County, eight towns and townships under Muli County, and six towns and townships under Huili County） were collected. Results The data on false teeth of a total of 3,186 disabled people were collected,including 1921 males and 1265 females, 758 from urban area and 2428 from rural area, and 2067 Hans and 1,119 Yis. The rate of false teeth restoration of the disabled people was 14.6%, and the rate of demand for false teeth restoration accounted for 64.5%; the rate of false teeth restoration and the rate of demand for false teeth restoration of both Yi and Han increased with the age, but there was no significant difference in the rate of false teeth restoration（15.9% vs 13.8%） and the rate of demand for false teeth restoration（63.9% vs 64.9%） between Yi and Han（P〈0.05）. The rate of demand for false teeth restoration of people in urban area（67.5%） was higher than that in rural area（63.6%）, with a significant difference（P〈0.05）; the rate of false teeth restoration of people with hearing disability was the highest（17.6%）,and the rate of demand for false teeth restoration in people with mental disability was the highest（75%）. Conclusion Totally 14.6% of the disabled people in Liangshan Prefecture have received false teeth restoration, and 64.5% of the disabled people have a demand for false teeth restoration. The rate of demand for false teeth restoration has no relation with the ethnic group.
