摘要
文章通过调查阿勒泰地区六县一市中学足球发展现况和训练方法的研究,分析目前该地区青少年足球发展的关键因素和存在的焦点问题,探讨如何有效的提高训练方法,并提供相应的实证参考。
By the research of present situations of the football development and training methods of middle schools for six counties and one city in Altay region, the paper does the analysis of the key factors and the existing problems affecting the current youth football development in the region, investigates how to effectively improve training methods, provide corresponding empirical reference.
