摘要
为实现教师教学风格和学生学习风格的正确匹配,以北京城市学院在校学生为调研对象,对学生学习风格进行分类。教师根据学生的课堂表现,将教师自身的教学风格与学生学习风格进行匹配,建立5种标准教学模式。在后续的教学过程中,将新的学生学习风格再与5种教学模式相匹配,找到适合的教学模式,从而提高教学有效性。
To achieve correct matching of teachers' teaching style and students' learning style, this paper takes the students in Beijing City University as the research object, classifies students'learning style. According to students" classroom behaviors, we match teachers" teaching styles with students' /earning styles, and establish 5 standard teaching modes. In the follow - up teaching process, we match students" new learning style with the 5 teaching modes, and find the suitable teaching mode, so as to improve teaching effectiveness.
