摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用法,同时检测减肥保健品中非法添加的麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、芬氟拉明和西布曲明等4种药物的定性定量方法。色谱柱为Waters Phenyl Column(2.1 mm×50mm,1.7μm);流动相为甲醇和0.3%乙酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为0.5mL/min;柱温为60℃;电喷雾电离(ESI),正离子模式,多重反应监测(MRM)扫描。麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、芬氟拉明和西布曲明的检出限分别为0.12、0.14、0.05和0.01μg/L。样品的平均加标回收率为85%~104%,RSD为0.62%~4.16%。该方法专属性强、灵敏度高,可作为检测减肥保健品中非法添加的麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、芬氟拉明和西布曲明的有效方法。
Develop a qualitative and quantitative LC-MS/MS method for the identification of ephedrine pseudoephedrine fenfluramine and sibutramine, the four chemical substances are illegally added in health food. Waters Phenyl Column (2.1 mm× 50 mm, 1.7μm) is used. The mobile phase is methanol and 0.3 % acetic solution at the flow rate of 0.5 mL/min. The column temperature is 60 ℃. The mass spectrum is in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode via the positive elec- trospray ionization (ESI). The limit of detection for ephedrine pseudoephedrine fenfluramine and sibutramine are found to be 0.12, 0.14, 0.05 and 0.01 μg/L respectively. The average recoveries are in 81%-104%, and RSD are in 0. 62%-4.16%. The method is sufficiently selective and sensitive to detect ephedrine pseudoephedrine fenfluramine and sibutramine illegally added in health food.
