摘要
在能源危机和环境恶化的双重压力下,以电力系统为核心,通过电、气、冷/热等各类能源的分配、转化、存储、消费进行有机协调与优化,充分利用可再生能源的综合能源系统应运而生。作为规划与运行的基础,可靠性评估研究对推动综合能源系统的发展具有重要的意义。从综合能源系统提出的背景及意义、内涵和典型架构出发,对其可靠性评估的研究现状进行梳理,并从模型、算法及指标体系3个方面归纳了综合能源系统可靠性评估亟需解决的问题。在此基础上,对未来的研究方向进行展望,为综合能源系统可靠性评估的研究提供参考和建议。
nder the dual pressures of energy crisis and environmental degradation, and to make full use of renewable en- ergy, we propose the concept of integrated energy system (IES), in which power system is a core. Coordination and optimization of various energy resources, such as electricity, gas, cold/heat during their distribution, transformation, stor- age and consumption, are achieved. From the viewpoint of system planning and operation, researches on reliability evaluation is of great significance to promoting the development of IES. Based on the background, definition, meaning, and typical architecture of IES, the current research status of reliability evaluation is summarized, and problems on relia- bility evaluation of IES that need to be urgently resolved are concluded from three aspects: model, algorithm, and index system. Furthermore, the future research directions are introduced, which can provide a reference and suggestion for the reliability evaluation of IES.
