摘要
中美两国无论在监禁矫正还是社区矫正方面均存在较大差异,两国在矫正制度、理念及矫正方法等方面的差异是造成矫正效能差异的主要原因。在矫正方法的科学性及矫正效能的量化评估等方面,美国的经验可资我国借鉴;在矫正结构方面,我国应继续降低监禁矫正比例,扩大社区矫正适用。
Obvious differences exist in the prison correction and community correction between China and the United States.The different correction systems, concepts and methods between the two countries result in different correction efficiency. China can draw lessons from the United States in the scientific method of correction and the quantitative assessment of correction effectiveness. As for the structure of correction, our country should continue to reduce the proportion of prison correction and increase community correction.
