摘要
某17-4PH医用不锈钢零件在电解抛光后表面出现白斑缺陷。通过对白斑区域进行宏微观形貌观察和成分分析,并对该零件的显微组织结构进行表征,确定了白斑的产生原因。结果表明:该白斑为不锈钢基体局部严重腐蚀区域。白斑的产生是由原材料中存在严重的铁素体带状偏析和条状夹杂物引起的。
The white speckle defects were found on 17-4PH medical stainless steel parts after electrolytic polishing. The reason of the white defects occurred was revealed by means of micro and macro observation, chemical element analysis and microstrueture characterization. The results show that the white speckle defect is located at severe corrosion area, which is caused by the ferrite handed segregation and strip inclusion.
