摘要
通过非等温热重试验,对不同温度及升温速率下,蔚州长焰煤热解特性及动力学参数的变化规律进行分析,研究结果表明:随升温速率升高,长焰煤在对应温度点的失重率先减小后增大,此时同一温度段内的活化能先升高后降低。同一升温速率下,不同温度段的反应级数也不完全相同,且随温度段升高,煤的热解反应活化能及指前因子均呈下降趋势。同时,得到变升温速率下活化能与指前因子之间的线性关系式,验证了二者之间的补偿效应。
Yuzhou long flame coal pyrolysis characteristics and kinetics parameters along with the change of pyrolysis temperature and heating rates were analyzed by non-isothermal thermogravimetric test. The results show that along with heating rates increase, long-flame coal weightlessness rate decrease at first and then increase. The activation energy becomes rise at first and then fall correspondingly. Reaction series is not entirely the same when temperature range changes and coal pyrolysis reaction activation energy and pre-exponential factor are falling with the increase temperature range. The linear relationship of activation energy and pre-exponential factor is obtained under variable heating rates. The compensation effect of activation energy and pre-exponential factor are verified.
